Val Gardena is an alpine valley in the Dolomites, in South Tyrol, Italy.
25 kilometers long, it offers the perfect setting for an outdoor holiday with the Puez Odle Nature Park and idyllic alpine pastures. The main language spoken in Val Gardena is Ladin (90%), followed by German (5%) and Italian (5%)[3].
Val Gardena is considered one of the most expensive valleys in South Tyrol, but it also offers an unspoilt environment with its location at the foot of the Sella massif between the mountains of the Sassolungo and the Puez Group.
